- 2 oz Magellan Blue Gin
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
- 3 dashes of Post Prohibition orange bitters
- Caol Ila rinse
- Garnish with a cherry and star anise
Coat the inside of a rocks glass with Caol Ila and discard the excess and then add ice. In a mixing glass add your ingredients and ice, then stir. Strain your cocktail from your mixing glass into the rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry and a star anise.
