Original Recipe No. 56 —

Ferdinand’s Pear

magellan pear
  • 1 1/2 oz Magellan Blue Gin
  • 3/4 oz Clear Creek Pear Brandy
  • 1/2 oz apple simple syrup
  • Bar spoon fresh lemon juice
  • Bar spoon of Yellow Chartreuse
  • Muddled pear slices
  • 1 pear slice for garnish

In a mixing glass muddle 2 pear slices with the apple simple syrup. Add ice, and the rest of the ingredients except the remaining pear slice for garnish. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pear slice.
