Remington

Mud­dle mint & blue­ber­ries

Shake and strain into a chilled cock­tail glass

gar­nish with blue­ber­ry sug­ar. Dehadrat­ed blue­ber­ries then crushed with mor­tar and pes­tle, com­bine with sug­ar.

  1. I told Paul one night to cut back on the lime and sim­ple syrup and add St. Ger­main. “Every­thing is bet­ter with St. Ger­main.”

  2. I agree cut­ting back on the lime and sim­ple syrup. Made this last night and every­one loved it. The blue­ber­ry salt­ed rim with sug­ar in the raw mixed in was the icing on the cake. Thank you!
