- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz Cynar
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Handful of mint
Smack/clap the handful of mint and add to your shaker. No need for muddling.
Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with mint and a lemon wheel.
