• 1 1/2 oz Mag­el­lan Blue Gin
• 1 oz fresh pear juice
• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz fall sim­ple syrup
• Top with gin­ger ale
• 1 pear slice

Add all ingre­di­ents with ice in a mix­ing glass, except the gin­ger ale and the pear slice. Shake and strain into a high­ball glass and top with gin­ger ale. Gar­nish with a pear slice.

This recipe is also great with your favorite rum or vod­ka.
