- 1 1/2 oz Magellan Blue Gin
- 1 oz fresh pear juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz fall simple syrup
- Top with ginger ale
- 1 pear slice
Add all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, except the ginger ale and the pear slice. Shake and strain into a highball glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a pear slice.
This recipe is also great with your favorite rum or vodka.
